Dr. Hsien-Chen Lo earned his Ph.D. from National Tsing Hua University. Before joining the National Taichung University of Education, he held positions at Chung Yuan Christian University, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), and the National Penghu University of Science and Technology. During his tenure at ITRI, one of Taiwan's prestigious research institutes, Dr. Lo primarily engaged in government projects aimed at developing Taiwan's emerging industries. Drawing from this experience, Dr. Lo possesses a deep understanding and professional expertise in areas such as digital transformation, energy transition, and the low-carbon economy.
Dr. Lo's research interest includes organizational innovation strategy, sustainable development and energy transition, and emerging technology and market. With such interest, he is interested in the innovative strategies for the ongoing industrial transformation, particularly within the Asian context. Dr. Lo welcome discussions on these topics.
