On March 5th, 2025, Dr.Luo invited Asst. Prof. Chin-Ching Yin from National Taipei University of Science and Technology to give a special lecture "Business Opportunities in Digital Times." Ms. Yin first explained why start-ups flourished in the digital era, and then guided students in discussing how to identify business opportunities and how to market creativity through digital tools. Ms Yin further encouraged students to make good use of digital tools in order to enhance both efficiency and creativity in the digital age.
