    On April 11th, “Human Resource Management” course held keynote lecture, invited of Assistant Prof. Yi-Chun Liao of Department of Risk Management and Insurance, Feng Chia University to deliver a speech entitled “Service Management: ‘Cues’ in Service Encounters”.
    Ms. Liao explained the concept of service contact: when we enter a store, from the store furnishings, music, and even the dress and conversation of the staff, it will affect the quality and image of the brand or store we perceive. This also explained the hidden but important role of human resources in business management, which benefited the students a lot.
