Applications for admission

I. Documentation required for all applicants

2. Two 2-inch bust photos attached to the application forms
3. Receipt of Telegraphic Transfer
(1) Receipt of ROC postal remittance (Remittance Information: Account   No.: 22392971, Account Name: National Taichung University . 
(2) Receipt of Telegraphic Transfer (T/T Information):

※Application fee for Master program －NT$1,500 (about US$60)
   (Applicants should pay the remittance fee by themselves.)
   (Please note that applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the application fee.) 
4. A copy of passport or ID.
5. A copy of diploma of the highest academic degree.
6. A copy of Chinese or English translation of the diploma and a copy of the academic transcript, authenticated by ROC representative offices abroad. 
7. A certified copy of the Chinese or English language Proficiency.
8. Chinese or English autobiography and resume.
9. A research proposal for Master program
10. A copy of financial statement, authenticated by ROC representative offices abroad.
11. Self-addressed envelope for delivery of the notification (No postage is required)

※The above-mentioned term “ROC representative offices abroad” means ROC embassies, consulates, representative offices, trade offices or other agencies authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of ROC.
※Unless otherwise specified, application documents submitted shall not be returned. 
※The above documents should be arranged in the order according to the check list. Do not put documents in a binder or folder.
